By downloading or using SipaTrack - Simple Package Tracker (the "Application"), you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use this Application. If you do not agree, uninstall the app immediately.
1. Intellectual Property & Use
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Application or its assets without express permission.
2. Local Storage & User Responsibility
Data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for performing periodic data backups (SipaTrack_Backup_*.json). We cannot recover lost data due to device damage, uninstallation, or system wipes.
3. Carrier Trademark Disclaimer & Links
Trademark Indemnity Clause: All third-party company names and logos of delivery services (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) belong exclusively to their respective holders. SipaTrack maintains NO official affiliation with them.
We hold no responsibility for external tracking system downtimes, delivery delays, or inaccurate third-party data.
4. In-App Purchases & Premium
Subscriptions are securely managed by Google Play Billing. Fees, renewals, and refunds are governed by Google Play policies. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or discontinue the service with notice, subject to Google's refund policies regarding discontinued services.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties (AS IS) & Force Majeure
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any failure to provide services resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier system outages, API changes, or internet infrastructure failures.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from app use, including data loss or logistical delays. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.
7. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
